Janice DiPerna has been with Hebrew SeniorLife for 13 years serving in a variety of administrative and organizational capacities. Tapping into her prior experience in real estate and construction, she recognized the need at HSL for a move manager to provide oversight of internal staff and resident moves. As Project Move Manager, she is responsible for managing and implementing all of HSL’s moves as well as add and change projects. As such, she establishes individual project/move work plans and coordinates multi-disciplinary teams for each phase of a project.
Since becoming HSL’s Project Move Manager she has been an integral part of the launch of HSL’s new service to help seniors prepare for and move from homes in the greater community to HSL’s senior living communities and within the communities themselves.
Always focused on customer service and satisfaction, Janice employs strong decision making skills, which have created and maintained positive relationships with management, staff, vendors and her external customers.
