Aline Russotto currently serves as the Executive Director of Orchard Cove, a Hebrew SeniorLife Life Plan Community in Boston, Massachusetts, where she grew her career for the past 18 years. In addition to overseeing Orchard Cove’s operations, she also serves on the Leadership Team of Hebrew SeniorLife, a Harvard Medical School affiliate and a senior services leader uniquely dedicated to rethinking, researching and redefining the possibilities of aging. The non-profit, non-sectarian organization has provided communities and health care for seniors, research into aging, and education for geriatric care providers since 1903. Aline is passionate about supporting the best lives of the seniors she serves through person directed, innovative programming. She led the creation of the award winning Vitalize 360 program. The goal driven and outcome based program inspires seniors to make lifestyle changes leading to improved health outcomes and greater quality of life. Aline is a graduate of the Lausanne School of Hotel Management (Switzerland) and the LeadingAge Leadership Academy, class of 2010. She served as a Leadership Academy Coach in 2014 and 2015. Aline currently serves on both the LeadingAge and LeadingAge Massachusetts Boards.
