We recently pulled 50 of these articles together into a downloadable ebook, “ReAge Your Personal Health: A wellness guide for older adults,” which contains many of the articles featured on our main site and blog.
The articles in the ebook contain healthy tips for both mental and physical wellbeing and touch upon many of the common health concerns among older adults, including tips for maintaining a strong and healthy body, reducing stress and recognizing signs of depression, as well as tips for family caregivers.
